We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and business acumen to join our growing BI & Analytics team.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, end-to-end analytical projects, collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams
- Design and develop BI dashboards and reports, including business funnels and KPI tracking, to support data-driven decision-making (define the structure and logic of new DWH tables as needed)
- Analyze business data to uncover actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives
- Communicate findings and recommendations to influence strategic decisions across the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics and BI
- Excellent proficiency in SQL
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau - a big advantage)
- Experience in DWH design
- Experience with DBT - an advantage
- Experience with Python or R - an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fast and self-learner with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English
