This Master Service Agreement sets out the different aspects of the engagement between Bright Data Ltd. and you or your represented entity. It becomes effective upon signing up for or using Bright Data services.

This Data Protection Addendum applies to Bright Data Ltd. or its Affiliate and Partner, as defined in the Agreement when the Company processes Personal Data on behalf of the Partner.
