To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Leader with a hunter’s mindset to expand our presence in the western United States.
In this role, you will lead a remote sales team and take full ownership of developing and executing strategic plans to meet revenue targets while driving growth across our SMB, SME, and Enterprise customer segments.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support and strategic guidance to AEs by actively participating in client and prospect meetings, and by leveraging internal resources as needed.
- Build and nurture a high-performing sales team through effective recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
- Coach and mentor AEs on sales strategies and best practices to drive consistent wins and revenue growth.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, pipeline health, and forecasts to senior sales leadership.
- Monitor team performance through regular analysis of sales activities and results, ensuring alignment with targets and KPIs.
- Lead and oversee demand generation efforts to drive pipeline growth and market expansion.
- Champion initiatives that enhance customer awareness, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Design and execute high-impact sales campaigns that align with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Effectively manage and resolve major client escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Cultivate key internal relationships and executive-level engagement to support sales success and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in sales leadership, with deep expertise in enterprise sales processes and strategy.
- More than 5 years of success as an individual contributor in enterprise sales, with a strong grasp of complex sales cycles and stakeholder management.
- 3+ years of experience in SMB and mid-market sales roles, with a solid understanding of the unique dynamics and sales approaches for these segments.
- Experience in selling to independent Software Vendors, Digital First and AI companies.
- Proven background in the Infrastructure, and Platform consumption based SaaS space (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), with a strong understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
- Skilled in developing and executing comprehensive territory and marketing plans to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Capable of leading both in-person and remote sales engagements with equal effectiveness.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets and performance goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and remote environment, effectively managing responsibilities outside of a central office or HQ.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
