Description
As a Sales Operations Manager at Bright Data, you’ll be responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing sales technologies, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Localize pipeline reviews and forecast support
- SFDC hygiene: oversee the maintenance and optimization of Salesforce (CRM) system
- Use metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas where the sales process can be streamlined and improved
- Analyze sales data to gain insights into performance trends and areas for improvement
- Generate actionable reports that inform strategic decisions and help in setting realistic sales targets and quotas
- Work with local VP Sales to track execution on GTM motion
- Act as a bridge between HQ RevOps and local sales leaders
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and understanding of sales methodologies, strategies and processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Strong data and analytical skills - ability to analyze complex sales data, identify patterns, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with Salesforce as a CRM and other various sales tools and software
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues within the sales process and develop effective solutions
- Keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
